I already updated my ThinkVantage using System update and upgraded my Vista to SP1 a couple of days ago. Do I still need to download "Rescue and Recovery™ 4.2 patch for  Vista SP1"?

Since lenovo  has notice the problems came about between R&R 4.2 and Vista SP1,the solutions were released on Feb 12th 2008 on its official website.
